PERSONALIZE YOUR LOUIS VUITTON WITH MON MONOGRAM

Louis Vuitton continues to expand their online store and have announced the introduction of theLouis Vuitton Mon Monogram service. The service will allow you to customize your Louis Vuitton bag, ending up with over 200 million possible combinations on your bag of choice. The selection of bags include the iconic Speedy, historic Keepall travel bag, or the Pegase 55 wheeled cabin case.

Once you choose your item you can pick up to three initials and vertical or diagonal stripes. There are 17 color options to choose from. Once you have entered your selection the site will simulate the design for you to see what the finished product will look like.

Another brand known for customizing items like this is Goyard. Having a design house allow you to customize a signature bag from their line will ensure that your bag will stand out compared to others. I love the idea of personalizing a travel bag like the Keepall and Pegase. While I would not check a Louis Vuitton bag under a plane, I would certainly carry it on or take it in the car for weekend trips.

Pietro Beccari, Louis Vuitton Senior Vice-President comments:

“We are delighted to announce the launch of Mon Monogram on www.replicaslv.com. For more than 150 years, this company has united tradition and innovation, and there is no better example than this initiative, which brings one of Louis Vuitton’s historic services – personalization – into the digital era. It is another great reason to explore .”

Louis Vuitton Neverfull

The latest Louis Vuitton catalog was one of the best photographed catalogs I have seen in a long time. There was a holiday theme which was not over-the-top cutesy, rather sophisticated and perfectly fitting. One of my favorite photos was a fairytale-like forest scene accented with an array of Louis Vuitton Neverfull Bags.

From the minute the Louis Vuitton Neverfull hit the scene, it was a handbag lovers favorite. The design is inherently simple yet functional. And then Louis Vuitton decided to dress up the Neverfull with Crocodile skin, which had us at hello (though the $32,000 price tag is a bit out of reach).

The Neverfull is available in Monogram, Damier, and Monogram Roses right now (with new versions being released periodically). There are three sizes as well. Shop via Louis Vuitton online.

Louis Vuitton Vernis Alma

louis-vuitton-vernis-almaThe most recognized shape from Louis Vuitton is their Speedy, a very iconic bag to the brand. And following the Speedy in popularity is the classic Louis Vuitton Alma. The Alma is one of my favorite bags from Louis Vuitton. The shape is as distinctive as they come in the handbag world. It is a true handheld bag which is perfect for the working woman or the trendy gal. Per usual, the Alma has been recreated in every rendition possible, from tacky to stunning. While the Vernis line has not been a line from LV that I covet, it is a coveted line.

Just in for spring is a wide variety of eye-catching Louis Vuitton Vernis Alma colors, including Blue Galactic, Orange Sunset, Green Tonic, Violette, Pomme d Amour, and Amarante. The names of the colors are completely intriguing. In fact, they describe these bold colors beautifully. The Vernis is known for its liquid-like appearance, the embossed patent leather. There is shiny golden brass hardware to accent the bag along with a removable leather key bell and padlock keys. The Alma closes with double zips at the top. The interior is usable and the Alma keeps its shape beautifully, which makes it a great structured handbag choice. Dimensions are 15.2″x 11.2″x 7.3″. Of course there are other Alma options if the Vernis does not float your boat (as it does not for me). Available at a price of $239

Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Cosmetic Pouch MM

louis-vuitton-monogram-vernis-cosmetic-pouch-mm

I’ve been on the look recently for a very tiny pouch or wristlet to use as a clutch. I want something small enough to fit easily in my hand that will hold only the very essentials – house key, car key, ID, cash, phone. But the phone is where I’m hitting an impasse, because I have an enormous Blackberry with an even more enormous clear plastic shell to keep it safe (gotta brag for a minute – it’s one of the new click-screen ones! I love it!). As such, the thing is approximately the size of a small computer, and even if I can find a wristlet into which it fits, nothing else will fit alongside it. So I’ve decided to get a bit creative in my current search, and this morning came across something that could potentially work very well – the Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Cosmetic Pouch MM. I realize that it’s meant to hold lipsticks and whatnot inside of a larger bag, but since it doesn’t have cosmetic pouch emblazoned on it anywhere, I doubt anyone would know the difference. Besides, I’m all for repurposing things (kinda of like the tv stand holding the microwave in my kitchen. Ahem). At any rate, it looks like it’s just small enough to fit in my hand while being just big enough to contain my giant brick of a phone, and it zips all the way across the top, lest I drop it or hit anyone in the head with it. Perfect! On top of all that, amarante is my favorite color of LV vernis ever and would go really well with all the black I tend to wear. Now if only LV ever went on sale. Buy through eLuxury for $450. Available at a price of $79

Louis Vuitton Monogram Roses Stole

louis-vuitton-monogram-roses-stole

Our friend Marc Jacobs sure does love to court trouble. He overshares about his personal life, tattoos random things on his body, and dates more men that most college sorority girls (don’t take offense, ladies – I, too, was a college sorority girl). And ever since Mr. Marc took over as the creative head of Louis Vuitton, their yearly accessories collections have become hipper, younger, and dare I say, edgier. As a throwback to the Stephen Sprouse graffiti collection of years past, Sprouse’s artwork has been used to adorn handbags, scarves, sarongs, and various small accessories for 2009.

Sprouse was a pop artist and punk icon of the 1980s, and the loud colors and louder shapes of his work reflect the exuberance of youth culture during that decade. I adored the leopard print Sprouse scarf that made such a big impression last year, and in this year’s full collection of the artist’s inspired work, my favorite is, again, a scarf – The Louis Vuitton Monogram Roses Stole. It’s bright pink and red with huge pop art roses, and it makes me smile just looking at it. It takes a talented man to make a floral print into something edgy and punk, don’t you think? Some people love this stuff, and some people hate it, but our own Louis Vuitton forum proves that everyone loves to talk about it – and that seems to be Marc Jacobs’s entire intention. Smoking Luxury-Louis Vuitton Cigarette Case

smoking-luxury-louis-vuitton-cigarette-caseLouis Vuitton Cigarette Case is a discreet and practical accessory. The flap tucks neatly into the base to form a pouch to hold cigarettes or bills. Personally, I despise smoking. Most of that may be because it makes my clothes reek and I can not breathe when I am around it. I am an asthmatic so smoking is the last thing on my mind. But by golly if you are going to smoke, at least carry your Cigarette in style! For yet another Pointless Post, I bring you the Louis Vuitton Cigarette Case. Seriously how much more chic could you be? Why not whip out your cig from the classic LV Monogram canvas with coordinating brown leather lining and a flap closure. If I were to buy this case, I would stick some of those pieces of gum made to look like cigarettes in it right in there. Ha. Measuring 2.5″ L x 4.5″ H, this elegant accessory would make the people at Truth just squirm. But whatever floats your boat. The price is 205USD. Find a Louis Vuitton

Sophisticated Charm-Louis Vuitton Bastille

sophisticated-charm-louis-vuitton-bastille

Baptized in homage to the famous Parisian square, Louis Vuitton Bastille boasts a spacious interior, enhanced by three cleverly designed pockets. Styled in Damier canvas.

Louis Vuitton has so many styles that can meet any man’s need, and this bag is made of the city men out there. Made from the Damier canvas with brown cowhide trim and polished brass hardware, this bag calls attention to its style but also is not too over the top with logos. Don’t get me wrong. Almost everybody knows the Damier print to belong to Louis Vuitton, but the LV logo pattern is much more obvious I think. The messenger style bag has a full flap that closes with a unique brass and hidden-elastic “button” providing easy access to the spacious interior. The inside is packed with goodies including two deep pockets, one full-width inside pocket, and terracotta canvas lining. Now terracotta reminds me of some sort of outdoor patio, but maybe I’m just crazy and way off. Along with all of the inner goodies the bag features a zipped outside back pocket and an adjustable textile strap that may be worn on the shoulder or across the body. Whichever way you chose to wear this bag, you will know you are stylin’! The bag is a plentiful 13.4″ x 12.2″ x 4.1″ for all you work junkies who wondered if you could fit all your necessities in there. The Price is 1330USD. Available at a price of $169

Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Tribute Collection

vuitton-stephen-sprouse-tribute-collectionLouis Vuitton’s Marc Jacobs commemorates the late fashion designer and artist Stephen Sprouse with this Tribute Collection, which is new for 2009 and will be sold shortly after a book on Sprouse’s life hits the bookshelves in January.

Who could forget the triumphant 2001 graffiti collection that shocked the runways and weeks later turned into cult collector’s items? Not only did this collaboration between Sprouse and LV’s artistic director Marc Jacobs turn into a fantastic, resounding success, it also paved the path for more celebrated collaborations for the near future. Takashi Murakami comes to mind.

Louis Vuitton celebrates Stephen’s life with a new line (and site) which is closely inspired by Jacobs’ previous collaboration. The pieces are colorful, they pop brightly and are guaranteed to sell out even quicker than the previous limited edition Louis Vuitton creations. I suggest you snatch up a graffiti Neverful before it’s too late.

I’ll get back to you about the release dates. Available at a price of $189

Bring a Towel with You When going to Sand Beach

Summer is supposed to be the popular and favorite season to go to the sand beach. You may planned to go there with you loved ones and made a long holiday checklist, but have you put towel on it? Bringing the right kind of towel is as important as bringing your sun cream and bikinis. Usually, people tend to bring paper towels with them, but that is neither environment-friendly nor economic. Why not try the cotton towel? They work well wet or dry and are great for your skin. When you go swim or surf in the sea, you will have to dry yourself frequently, and the soft and absorbent beach towel offered by Louis Vuitton is an ideal choice, except that it is a little bit expensive. Nevertheless, the Louis Vuitton beach towel will satisfy your both mentally and functionally. I can not help imagine the envy and admire eyes staring you when the soft towel slides over your body. How wonderful it is.

Among the various beach towels, I like the three particularly, ideal gifts for a core family. The Graffiti beach towel is a tribute to the artist Stephen Sprouse, who collaborated with Marc Jacobs on Louis Vuitton’s iconic 2001 graffiti collection, and this velvety beach towel is splashed with bold graffiti signatures. And the second colorful print of this soft cotton velvet beach towel was inspired by Louis Vuitton’s historic Trunks & Bags logo, dating back to the early 20th century, while the one for the kid brings a touch of vibrant color to the beach with this soft, lightweight cotton sarong, whose handmade-look print was inspired by mouthwatering candy. All the three beach towels are made of 100% cotton to insure its softness. The previous two are sized at 150 x 90 cm, and the one for kid is 150 x 82 cm. Find a Louis Vuitton Product on sale

Hermes Scarves, Romance Among Women Neck

It is Coco Chanel who said that a woman who doesn’t apply fragrance has no tomorrow, and it is Audrey Hepburn who exclaimed that only when she wears scarf, she is never so strongly feel that herself is a woman, a beautiful woman. And when she was standing on the top stair of the Rome Cathedral with a silk scarf around her neck, the sunshine danced for her and the whole world became spring.

The French luxury brand Hermes is always a synonym to fine silk scarf. The originality behind its design is to find the true me and to embrace the nature. Since the first Hermes scarf came to birth in 1937, it has already released over 900 designs and patterns, among which some classic patterns are still popular among people after the gifted reassembling of various colors. It is not exaggerate to say that each Hermes scarf is the most exquisite, unique and lively accessory to perfect woman. The genuine luxury is noble rather than vulgar mental handcrafted pattern embodying an irresistible power. Hermes scarf is never a merely smooth silk, but a silk cloth with fine straight grain pattern. Its unique weaving technique assures its feature hard-to-wrinkle. The glorious color, the smooth touch, the legendary story, the fine craftsmanship and vertical functions, how can a woman resist its attraction?Get a replica Hermes Product at huge discount

Wear Hermes Scarf Like That!

090421-santorini-hermes-scarf-b

Yesterday we talked about the Hermes scarf. And today we will discuss the versatility of Hermes scarf. Hermes scarf is sophisticated that should not only be fasten around the neck. Following tips are some suggestions for not waste Hermes scarf beauty and your money.

Belt It

Tying your Hermes scarf around your waist is a flirty alternative to wearing a belt. Add a sparkly rhinestone pin or brooch to the scarf to really make a statement. Or, for an updated bracelet, tie your Hermes scarf around your wrist and add the same brooch.

Use Your Head

Using your Hermes scarf as a hair accessory will really make you look like a member of the fashion elite. Tie it around a ponytail, use it as a headband or go for the Jackie Onassis look and wear it “babushka” style (but make sure you go the full nine yards and sport a pair of large sunglasses with it). For the Audrey Hepburn look, fold it in half so it forms a triangle. Grasp the two pointiest ends and lay the scarf on top of your head. Bring the points down under your chin and twist twice, then bring them behind your neck and tie twice so the knot lays flat. Looking like your favorite movie star was never so easy!

Sarong Style

You can go from the pool to the party in no time if you’re traveling with Hermes. Wearing your scarf as a sarong is yet another easy style that looks sexy. Wrap the scarf around your waist. Gather the ends together and tie a knot in the front or on the side, and voila! You can create a wardrobe for a getaway weekend by packing just one scarf.

“Top” Off Your Outfit

It’s easy to transform your Hermes scarf into a sexy halter. Fold the scarf in half to make a triangle, and then hold the triangle shape up so that the top of the triangle is at your neck. Separate the top edges of the scarf and wrap them around your neck, then knot them and adjust as necessary to complement your neckline. Next, take both ends of the scarf at your waist and pull them behind your back, tying them behind you. If you really feel adventurous, you can form the top end into a short chain or choker and then fasten it around your neck. If you’re going for a va-va-voom effect, then wear your scarf as a bikini top. Fold it in half lengthwise two or three times, wrap it around your back and, bringing the ends forward, tie them in a knot between your breasts.

It Can Even Be Worn as a… Scarf!

Oh yeah, you can also wear your Hermes scarf as a scarf. For an ascot style, place the scarf around your neck and flip one end over the other. Then tuck the ends into your shirt. Wearing the same old black-turtleneck-and-black-pants look? Tie your scarf loosely around your neck and knot twice with the ends hanging down. It adds the perfect punch you were looking for. You can also wear a scarf shawl-style over a coat or jacket. And, to ensure you don’t lose it when you take it off, just tie it around your handbag for a ladies-who-lunch look. The possibilities are endless.Get a replica Hermes Product at huge discount
